UNIVER 200kN Servo-Hydraulic Flexural (4-Point Bending) Testing Machine is designed to perform Flexural (4-Point Bending) Test on Unreinforced and Reinforced Plastic Lumber (ASTM D6109), it has tensile frame design to convert conventional compressive type Flexural (4-Point Bending) Test to tensile direction, this design can significantly reduce the deflected loading force caused in compressive loading, while tensile loading direction can ensure perfect self-alignment, ensure the test results to be sound and repeated.
It feafures a video extensometer track down the bending deflection of center point, ensure the bending deflection can be 100% measured during the whole test and thanks to non-contact measuring design, it won’t be damaged by the energy release and flying debris during sample breaking moment.
