Rebar Bend & Rebend Testing Machine
UNIVER BENTEK-300/400 Series Rebar Bend and Re-bend Testing Machine is specially designed to test bend-resistance performance of reinforced rolling steel bars, building steel reinforcements and steel plates which completely meet the requirements of ASTM A615 A615M, ASTM E290, BS4449, DIN488-2, API 5L, ISO 15630-1, ISO 7438, GB 232 and other international and national specifications. Generally, the deformed and plain carbon steel bars for concrete reinforcement in cut lengths shall withstand being bent around a pin without cracking on the outside radius of the bent portion

BENTEK-400 Features:
- Conduct Bend and Rebend process automatically within one test cycle.
- Ensure the Re-bend spot is aligned with the bend spot.(manual test can’t ensure the re-bend spot is the same as bend spot on the specimen)
- Multiple specimens can be tested simultaneously.
- Test without manual intervention, maximumly ensure the operation safety.
