UNITEST-E Series provides closed-loop control of force, displacement, or deformation for a wide range of mechanical tests, including tension, compression, flexure, shear, tear, and peel. Each system can be configured with a comprehensive selection of accessories—such as grips, fixtures, compression frames, thermal chambers, and extensometers—to support testing of materials like rubber, plastics, foils, films, textiles, adhesives, paper, food products, foams, timber, wires, and other metallic or non-metallic specimens, as well as medical and electronic components. The robust load frame construction ensures exceptional axial and lateral stiffness, delivering precise alignment and high reliability under demanding test conditions.

Large Test Space

High-Stiffness Frame
Preloaded ball screws, precision guide columns, and a symmetrical drive system enhance frame rigidity and alignment accuracy.

Over-Travel Protection
Dual over-travel limit switches, conveniently located on the front console, prevent crosshead overshoot and sensor overload. A graduated scale along the column allows easy presetting of travel limits to specific positions.
