Tensile Test Bed

UNIVER PULL-A Series Horizontal Tensile Testing Machines are specifically designed for testing wires, ropes, chains, shackles, overhead conductors, and OPGW. The horizontal test configuration accommodates long specimens and applications requiring high elongation capacity.

These test frames are powered by either hydraulic or servo motor drive systems, providing the strength and precision needed for high-capacity testing. Frame length and grip configurations can be customized to meet specific application requirements. Interchangeable grips are available to suit different specimen shapes and to adapt easily as testing needs evolve.

The system is supplied with advanced PC-based control software featuring integrated data acquisition and analysis capabilities for efficient and accurate test management.

    The testing area is fully guarded with fixed lower plates and manually operated, hinged upper guards to ensure operator safety.

    Load accuracy is maintained within ±1% for high-capacity tests and within ±0.5% for lower capacities.
  • Patented Calibration Technology
    The integrated load cell calibration system allows in-place calibration of both the load cell and the complete machine, improving accuracy and efficiency.

    The system features fully automatic and manual control options, ensuring continuous operation even if one control mode becomes unavailable.
